What is your Returns policy?Updated 9 months ago
We accept returns for any reason (Excluding Sale Items) – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. All items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date. If you exceed this time frame, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit or exchange.
All gift cards are non-refundable and a monetary refund cannot be issued in exchange for purchases made with a gift card.
Orders made in-store cannot be returned via our online Return Process, if you’re unable to return in-store please get in touch with our support team at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist in any way we can.
Please note, due to safe hygiene practices we can’t accept returns on Underwear or Socks unless they are returned unworn, unopened and in original packaging with tags still attached. Exceptions can be made should the product be received faulty or in an otherwise unsatisfactory condition.
Black Friday Returns Policy: All Black Friday Sale Items are advertised as final and no refunds/exchanges are accepted online or in store.
An exchange is subject to product availability once the return arrives back to our warehouse and is processed in. Should the item(s) requested not be available, a Store Credit will be issued instead.
Single Exchange Limit
We are only able to process exchanges on orders one time. This means that after your initial exchange, we cannot accommodate any further exchange requests for the same order.
Options After Initial Exchange
If the exchanged item does not meet your needs, you will have the following options:
- Store Credit: We can issue store credit for the value of the item, which you can use towards a future purchase.
- Refund: We can provide a refund for the value of the item, processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase
