You can initiate a return on our website under 'Make a Return' or click here to be taken straight to our Returns Portal. 

There is also a QR code on your packing slip which can take you to the returns portal. Please ensure you are using the correct returns portal for your region e.g US, Australia or NZ.

Once you submit your details, you can chose the outcome of your return - refund, exchange or site credit.

Securely pack up the items (with original tags attached) and purchase a shipping label from your local carrier e.g NZ Post, Post Haste etc. We recommend getting your package tracked.

Please clearly write the order number on the outside of the package so that it can be correctly identified on its arrival back to us.
